Titan Series vessels combine aluminum liners with carbon-composite structural reinforcement to provide large-volume, high-pressure storage for hydrogen, breathing air, nitrogen, helium, argon and other compatible gases.

Five standard capacities on a 17-inch OD Type III platform.

Steelhead's 5000 PSI Type III COPV family provides large-volume, high-pressure gas storage in five standard capacities from 90 to 270 liters, all using a common 17-inch outside diameter.

The family is designed for mobile gas transport, bundled systems and MEGCs, as well as stationary tank farms and buffer-storage applications.

Ports & mounting

Flexible interfaces for transport and storage systems.

Standard port configurations support valves, engineering plugs, TPRDs and plugged-port arrangements, with custom threads available for application-specific system integration.

Port 1

Standard options include a 1-1/8-12 UN-2B valve interface and ORB-12 (1-1/16-12 UN-2B).

Port 2

Engineering-plug TPRD, ORB-12 and plugged-port configurations are documented for the family.

Mounting

Designed for strap or saddle mounting. Horizontal orientation is recommended, with vertical orientation also acceptable.
